(2)Stop eating so many carbohydrates and foods high in fat content. You can work out hard 5 hours a day, and still not see the results you want if you eat fattening foods. If you want to lose weight really fast, try to eat meals that are somewhat "colorful", such as broccoli, corn and some form of lean meat.

(3)Chicken breast and fish are high in protein and low in fat. These are staple foods that taste good, and will help you lose weight really fast. There are many ways to prepare these meals, so mix it up a little.

(4)Ask your personal trainer if he/she will make a meal plan for you. If you can't afford a personal trainer, there are plenty on Google that you could print and follow. If you decide to do this, stick with it. You'll be glad you did.
